AND Digital are a top 30 UK digital agency who provide custom software engineering, consulting and teach clients to upskill under a 'Guide, Build, Teach' mantra.
​Clients include Whitbread, Diageo, Global Radio, Vitality, Asos, TUI, Ministry of Justice, Lloyds, Habitat.

Strategic consultant to their CTO and Chief Commercial Officer. Created the holistic technology partner strategy based on capability and market trends, looking at cloud services, MSPs, payments, DAM, CMS, data, analytics, DevOps. Built the subsequent partner model with AWS and Microsoft Azure for the team to leverage from an execution point of view. Partnered with AWS to upskill 76 engineers, drive case studies to achieve silver status in 3 months

Prenetics Pre IPO (Alibaba, Coent, Ventura Capital, Artisan)

Prenetics are a pre IPO Hong Kong based Unicorn in health and life sciences with investment from Alibaba, Ventura Capital, Coent Ventures and the Artisan SPAC.
We partnered with EMEA leadership to devise their post covid commercial strategy. Our brief was to help deliver the pipeline of post covid diagnostic products, including Circle DNA and Helathpod.
We were also tasked with development of the commercial team's capacity, capability, processes and a performance culture to support Prenetics' ambitions. The ouptut needed to be scalable and cost effective. We delivered:
- a 6 month business planning cycle
- evaluated the go to market
- how to sell their essential product lines 
- identified essential capability and process gaps
- a full hiring and investment plan as a result. across sales and marketing 
- a workflow for process optimsation

YLD Independent custom software engineers
We worked with YLD at the start of 2018 over a six month period, in house, across all aspects of strategy and operations across the Company.
From a leadership perspective we helped the team establish a proper structure for business reporting, including their first quarterly goal setting exercise with a focus on cost control. We advised on a merger, plus the implementation of a new EMI scheme. Impeller also helped the YLD team think through a graduate recruitment program and a new website clearly illustrating their value proposition.

Regarding team structure we advised, sourced and appointed YLD's first Associate Partner (ex IBM) and Marketing Lead (ex Google) from our network.

SLAMcore TECHNOLOGIES - SERIES A (Octopus, Samsung Ventures, Toyota Ventures, Insight Capital)

SLAMcore enable consumer and industrial robotics, autonomous machines such as vehicles and XR products to see through SLAM tech: Simultaneous location and mapping at a perceive level. 

Impeller worked with the CEO and leadership team throughout the engagement to deliver in several operational  areas: 

 -Budget forecasting and capital allocation at Series A following a $16m capital injection from Octopus, Insight Capital, Toyota Ventures, Samsung and others. 

- OKRs: Impeller lead the work to educate the leadership team on what OKRs are, how they are optimally used and how they should cascade down through a business. 

- A strategy to prioritise urgent company needs including a vendor selection process, risk and compliance specifically tackling cybersecurity, and a clear path to Series B

 Developed the organisational design for the right hand side of the business, addressing hiring needs across delivery, customer success and operations 

- Reviewed several Company policies including benefits and home working from a People perspective

We helped to define the market and commercial strategy across the SLAM ecosystem, including Hardware Partners, Systems Integrators and produced the sales collateral. Alongside this, we looked at the customer journey, pricing and successfully identified key Tier 1 clients the team approach.
To round up the commercial work, we pr
ovided a sales commission plan, a sales revenue tracking and forecasting framework and sales recruitment guidance

We thoroughly enjoyed working with the CEO, CTO, CPO, Head of Ops and the broader team.

​MEWS SYSTEMS - SERIES B (Battery, Notion)
A B2B SaaS - hotel technology company, EU HQ, 200 people.

We worked with the CCO to evaluate their sales model and commercial plan including resource planning through a gap analysis at Series B.

We addressed up-skilling of existing teams and so we set about hiring a Sales Development Leader via an introduction to specialist recruiters and talent.

We provided all the relevant sales frameworks, respective tools for effective Sales Operations and a plan to build out a product marketing and monetisation function.

​STORYFUL AND DOW JONES 
 We worked with both the Storyful team at News International and Dow Jones to ​figure out the go to market planning across the European ESG marketplace.

Their immediate competitors were identified with positioning and the ideal buyer segments and intelligence requirements  with key personas. Market gap analysis in social and governance reporting revealed the opportunity for the combined proposition, including AI opportunities for product and business growth.

Capability planning was essential to move the business forward with the right skill sets for execution.

Chrome Productions is a content production company producing ground-breaking, inspiring and award winning content for a digital audience. Clients include Ford, TUI, Royal Albert Hall, Sotheby's, Rolls Royce.
We have a rich and ongoing relationship with the CEO helping to devise all aspects of business planning and corporate growth.
 
We've helped to define quarterly business planning and milestone setting for success, people planning, remuneration, operations, the power of marketing and the need for a sales pipeline. We also encouraged Chrome to drive
 innovation through leveraging new technologies such as VR. Impeller has worked with the CEO and Head of Ops to define a growth model for scale. We've aided the team in how to effectively grow,  land in new regions such as the USA and the implications for doing so.

Goldstein Music is an award winning original music production specialist with several brands including Dolce and Anvil, a sonic branding agency.
​Clients include Audible, Volvo, AA, BP, Pantene, Porsche, Nissan, AirBnB, McDonalds, VW, Heineken, Vodafone, Capital One, Renault F1, Dove, Fanta. 
​

We worked directly with the late Jonathan Goldstein over a tenth month period, from Nov 2018 through 2019, advising on all aspects of the business and specifically growth through new revenues.
