Drawing from over a decade of experience at leading technology firms, including Microsoft, Facebook and Adobe, Hema leverages her growth expertise by leading ilabs. She is well connected across the ecosystem and brings a global network of ecosystem partners.

As former Head of Strategy EMEA, Hema transformed how Microsoft thinks about generating long term revenues, through visioning an entirely new approach. She actively targeted the C-Suite, consulting on the future of digital, an entirely new medium. Having doubled revenues, she established a centre of excellence with the global blue print to influence billions in additional revenue. She was headhunted to join the Facebook team, to scale her work further through their IPO and later joined Adobe as Regional EMEA Lead.

In pursuit of providing organisations the necessary resources to grow consistently, Hema has since authored these and many other strategy frameworks and scorecards to enable firms to maximise their growth momentum and build organisational capabilities in a repeatable and scalable way for similar success.

Hema’s early career spans 13 years at leading media companies namely News Corp and the FT. She is also an investor with a growing portfolio of private companies including What3words, Bower Collective, WeAre8 and Vestiaire Collective.

Her educational journey is rooted in her passion for lifelong learning. She holds certifications in Generative AI and Cloud Technologies through INSEAD and Microsoft Learning and Adobe University. She is trained by the prestigious Henley Business School and holds a degree in Accountancy. Outside of her work at ilabs, Hema can be found sailing and lives with her partner in London.
