AND Digital are a top 30 UK digital agency backed by BGF Ventures
Strategic consultant to their CTO and Chief Commercial Officer. Created the holistic technology partner strategy based on capability and market trends, looking at cloud services, MSPs, payments, DAM, CMS, data, analytics, DevOps.
We built the subsequent partner model with AWS and Microsoft Azure for the team to leverage from an execution point of view. Impeller partnered with AWS to up-skill 76 engineers, drive case studies to achieve silver status in 3 months, with which the CEO was delighted.
Mews Systems - Series B
A B2B SaaS - hotel technology, 400 people backed by Battery, Notion, LGVP, Orvit, Salesforce Ventures, Goldman Sachs
We worked with the CCO to evaluate their sales model and commercial plan including resource planning through a gap analysis at Series B.
We addressed up-skilling of existing teams and so we set about hiring a Sales Development Leader via an introduction to specialist recruiters and talent.
We provided all the relevant sales frameworks, respective tools for effective Sales Operations and a plan to build out a product marketing and monetisation function.
ReMake Technologies
A creative automation platform backed by Dorfmann Media Holdings (Private Equity)
We work with the CEO and COO at Board level on company strategy at every stage, including technology innovation, customer and revenue growth tripling ARR YoY, operational best practices, people, ESG, risk and good governance.
Clients include: Amazon Studios, Disney, Dentsu Aegis Tag, Warner Brothers, Unilever, King versioning and localisation.
Goldstein Music
Goldstein Music is an award winning original music production specialist with several brands including Dolce and Anvil, a sonic branding agency.
Clients include Samsung, Amazon Audible, Volvo, AA, BP, Pantene, Porsche, Nissan, AirBnB, McDonalds, VW, Heineken, Vodafone, Capital One, Renault F1, Dove, Fanta.
We worked directly with the late Jonathan Goldstein over a year advising on all aspects of the market, revenue growth, organisational design and recruitment.
Prenetics - Pre IPO
Prenetics are a Hong Kong based Unicorn in health and life sciences backed by Alibaba, Coent, Artisan SPAC, Ventura Capital.
Partnering with EMEA leadership to deliver GTM for post covid diagnostic products, including Circle DNA and Healthpod. Tasked with the development of the commercial team's capacity, capability, processes and a performance culture to support Prenetics' ambitions. The ouptut needed to be scalable and cost effective.
We delivered a 6 month business planning cycle, GTM plan,
capability and process gap analysis, a full hiring and investment plan as a result across sales and marketing and workflow for process optimsation
Oxford Semantic Technology
Deep tech RDFox knowledge graph reasoning platform spun out of Oxford University, backed by Samsung Ventures, Oxford University Innovation and Oxford Science Enterprises (Pre Series A)
We supported the team at Board level over a 2 year period.
Supported the CEO to drive profitable revenue growth (+100% YoY) through succession planning, strategy, GTM, sales/marketing, operational excellence, thought leadership, community growth, milestone setting.
Drove fundraising with Tier 1 VCs across Europe. With on cloud or on device deployment, their clients include AWS, BMW autonomous vehicles, IKEA, Dow Jones, Equinor, JP Morgan Chase, H&M and Barclays
Ellen MacArthur Foundation
EMF develop and promote the idea of a circular economy. They raise ambitions and engage all parts of the global system, including corporates to innovative startups, policy makers and international institutions such as the WEF, UN, governments, cities and academia. With a strong presence at key global events including Davos to champion areas such as biodiversity, plastic reduction, recycling, reuse and regeneration.

YLD
We worked with YLD over a six month period in all aspects of operational growth, from business reporting, including their first quarterly goal setting exercise with a focus on cost control.
We advised on a merger, plus the implementation of a new EMI scheme. Impeller also helped the YLD team think through a graduate recruitment program and a new website clearly illustrating their value proposition.
Regarding team structure we advised, sourced and appointed YLD's first Associate Partner (ex IBM) and Marketing Lead (ex Google) from our network. Their clients include The Economist, News International, Canon, Conde Nast, Kingfisher, DAZN and Thomas Cook.
Slamcore - Series A
Slamcore provide computer vision to consumer and industrial robotics, autonomous vehicles and XR products. Backed by Octopus, Insight Capital, Amadeus, MMC, Samsung Ventures, Toyota Ventures, spun out of Imperial.
We worked with the CEO and leadership to deliver:

Chrome Productions
Chrome Productions is a content production company producing award winning content for clients including Ford, TUI, Royal Albert Hall, Sotheby's, Rolls Royce. Over 18 months, we helped to define quarterly business planning with milestone setting for success, people planning, remuneration, operations, the power of marketing and the need for a sales pipeline. We also encouraged Chrome to drive innovation through leveraging new technologies such as VR.
Impeller has worked with the CEO and Head of Ops to define a growth model for scale. We've aided the team in how to effectively grow, land in new regions such as the USA and the implications for doing so.
Skoot Eco - pre Series A
Skoot Eco are building the best carbon footprint management solution for businesses and their customers.
Business turnaround: supported the Founders with the overarching corporate strategy to pivot to a SaaS B2B ESG platform from B2C MaaS ride sharing solit
We building a carbon calculator and the operating model.
Developed a partnership with Oracle for global distribution (135,000 customers) and the Eden Reforestation Programme in Kenya (planted 1m+ trees)
Storyful & Dow Jones
We worked with both the Storyful team and Dow Jones to fdefine go to market planning across the European ESG marketplace.
The competitive landscape was identified, mapped with ideal buyer segments and intelligence requirements with key personas. A market gap analysis in social and governance reporting revealed the opportunity for the combined proposition, including AI opportunities for product and business growth.
Capability planning was essential to move the business forward with the right skill sets for execution.
